gurufabbes Posted March 1, 2015 Posted March 1, 2015 The title speaks for itself. This adds so much for the game and are crucial for a "spritual successor to the BG series". If the current writers aren't sure where to go with this, let them hire a writer, because to me, a fantasy game without romance is like the medieval period without swords. 1

Leferd Posted March 1, 2015 Posted March 1, 2015 Karen O had it right. "There is no...Romance" "Things are funny...are comedic, because they mix the real with the absurd." - Buzz Aldrin."P-O-T-A-T-O-E" - Dan Quayle

Luckmann Posted March 1, 2015 Posted March 1, 2015 I will agree to romances if exclusively Chris Avellone writes them and everyone else coming close to his table is shocked by the then-mandatory shock collars. [spoilers]Geriatric love story and everyone dies in the end.[/spoilers] 1
LadyCrimson Posted March 1, 2015 Posted March 1, 2015 It's far too late to add in romanceable characters in March's release of PoE. The topic of whether PoE will have/should have/should not have story-romance has been discussed to death practically from the beginning. There are definitely others here who also enjoy/would like to have romance in their rpg's, and as Lord Wafflebum pointed out, there is a thread dedicated to the topic. So if you'd like to discuss why you enjoy romance and what your hopes are for its inclusion in PoE sequels etc., please feel free to add your thoughts there. 1 “Things are as they are. Looking out into the universe at night, we make no comparisons between right and wrong stars, nor between well and badly arranged constellations.” – Alan Watts
