I contacted Paradox and they said that my order had been stuck in the system of their logistics partner Shipwire.
After my email they provided to ship my boxed copy and arrived yesterday morning in Italy.
I waited for a long time but everything went well.

Hi, I received the 2 emails telling me that my boxed version of the game and the other physical goods have been shipped. The thing is i didn't get the physical rewards (had the 140$ tier on kickstarter) and the boxed version of the game appears to be the normal one, not the collectors edition.

 

Where should i address my complaints? Thanks!

I received my physical copy about a week ago. Had to contact support to resolve it. Rather than telling me that my zipcode was messed up in the database, I had to figure it out myself since the shipper couldn't "validate" my address. Once I fixed it, my copy was on the way. Funny thing, I know I checked my address at least twice previously. It got messed up somehow afterwards. I suggest checking your address even if you have before.
