In v257 bb Right mouse click cancelled your current action before the hit frame of attacks and the cast point of spells/abilities (the point where the attack dealt damage or the spell was 'used').

This now no longer works at all, which is very frustrating.

I hope it was not removed intentionally because it was one of my favourite things about the IE controls.

I second this. I'm playing BGEE right now, and that function is part of the very backbone of the action UI, so please leave it be, OE.

It seems to be a bug as cancel in general doesn't seem to be working. There is a keybinding option for it though.

Speaking of keybinding its not...... really great at the moment. For example due to how its set up you can't assign the mouse for an action.

Might be linked to this. Think they screwed up something with Mouse keybinds if it was working properly before.

Will check

Edit: I'm not sure if it's related or not.

RMB has an inbuilt special move+cancel command that was unique to the IE games. It worked exactly as intended in v257 bb and it's not an option to map in the controls

Move RMB still works, but the cancel part does not

+1, as I have noted before action cancels are important to being able to react to the PE battlefield.

Why bumping a bug thread?
