If you equip a Cloak item on your main character, it will show up on the character doll when you select any of your other party members.  For example, my main is a Human and when I select the Orlan Rogue there's a Cloak taller than her in the background of her doll.

I see this too.  When this happens I also noticed that the postions of small shields are also messed up on the character doll.

Happened for me too. Cloak hanging in the air above BB Rogue's preview.

I get the same thing

I get the same, but the cloak is on my main char and it's in the background for all characters.

I have seen this and have never equipped a cloak.  I have noticed it after a toons armor disapears, and it shows up behind all the toons.  So I think it is part of the same "save"/"load" game issue.
