August 19, 201411 yr When I use my mouse scroll to zoom in or out, it doesn't zoom my view, it just zooms the entire fog of war so the radius becomes smaller. It doesn't reduce my view, it makes the fog of war effect smaller, as if it's a picture that I'm zooming in or out on. I'll update with a screenshot later.
