I want to do a merge of three images, one a flag .PNG, and the other two some photos of relevant scenes. I'm currently using the free package Paint.NET after a recommendation from these forums. thanks again, BTW. I'm fairly sure that Paint.NET should do the job, I just don't know if it can. Flash is destined to die out anyway as HTML takes over video functionality. It wasn't excellent when I last tried it, but that was a long time ago, maybe I should again.
