As much as I love South Park, I'm not sure that a creative crossover from it into P:E is a good idea. To put it mildly.

Think of it as something relatively minor, like Lilarcor the talking sword from BG2. He (It?) is practically a South Park character already. Just make a similar weapon, give it the same personality, and make it look like a towel. You're done!
