Following the information in the brady strategy guide, I puchased 7 weapons and over 25 items in the clearing house.

 

Yet I did not get either of those very interesting perks

 

I play on the 360.

 

Now I realize that brady sometimes had the wrong info. For exemple, the Merciful perk is unlocked after neutralizing 250 enemies through non violent means, not 150 as described by the strategy guide.

 

If someone was able to unlock those two perks, could you please share your wisdom on how you got them???

Had the same problem, on the same system.

 

Even though I didn't unlock the perks, I noticed I was getting more ammo per pickup, afterwards - so I dunno.

Actually checking various perk lists, like the one on wiki, I could not even see those perks mentionned!!!

 

Did Brady make them up or something???

 

Since you get perks for every aspect of the game it would make sense to see a couple attched to store activities.

 

Can they even be obtained at all on the 360???

The guide's actually out? I was looking at it (for mostly sentimental reasons, tbh) and didn't see it on their webpage or the couple of online bookstores I checked out...
