Necro Posted May 31, 2010 Posted May 31, 2010 was looking at the perk list on the wiki and was kind of confused about whats required or what they meant by some: [q]The Better Part of Valor Not every situation calls for violence. You have evaded 75 enemies. Effect: Increased Duration: Shadow Operative [\q] what is meant by evaded? how does it count someone as being evaded for example. [q] Seasoned You completed your first operation as a lone agent. You're starting to make a name for yourself. Effect: Endurance +5 [edit] Experienced You completed two successful operations without the backing of the agency. Congratulations are in order. Effect: Endurance +5 [/q] what is meant by lone agent?

Evading an enemy means just getting past him without him ever seeing you. If you kill him or he sees you, it doesn't count... just sneak past enemies rather than killing them and they count as being evaded (so long as they were never alerted to your presence). The "Seasoned" one is story related, a choice later in game.. won't spoil it. You'll probably know it when you come across it (you have to make a choice).
Necro Posted May 31, 2010 Author Posted May 31, 2010 can u evade enemies then go back and kill them ;p
Hathur Posted May 31, 2010 Posted May 31, 2010 (edited) can u evade enemies then go back and kill them ;p No, if the enemy dies (or is aware of you), it does not count as an evaded enemy. Evading enemies still gives you experience just as if you had killed them though, so if you've sneaked past enemies ,there isn't really any reason to go back and kill them. cesko Posted May 31, 2010 Posted May 31, 2010 or you can take them down, that also count as evaded Who are you "Michael, Mike, Michael, Mike, Michael darling, mr. Thorton, Michael, Mike, Michael, Mike, Michael darling, agent Thorton, Thorton, Thorton, Thorton, Michael Thorton, etc....." "Oh the candy dish! Metal_Guitar Posted May 31, 2010 Posted May 31, 2010 anyone have definite info? does stealth melee takedowns count? do tranq knockdowns countt towards evades? I would say yes, because I have that perk and I never leave anyone standing. To be safe just go with the melee takedowns. ROOT II III IV V VI VII OCTAVE When we finally start living it has become too late Trapped inside this Octavarium

piercehead Posted May 31, 2010 Posted May 31, 2010 It could also just mean your Evasion skill has to activate 75 times.
