March 22, 201015 yr BTW I own this game (haven't played) but I've been less than enthralled by some of the highly-rated games (including adventure) I've purchased on Steam so far. Examples: Goo, Machinarium. I purchased Machinarium and Ben There, Dan That thinking "Oh, The Longest Journey was an adventure, adventure games must be awesome"...
March 22, 201015 yr I tried it a while back with the "Time Gentlemen" $2.50 pack. It was damn funny, but I'm terrible at finishing adventure games. I very much appreciated the opening puzzle. March 23, 201015 yr Author True. It's very hard to go wrong for two quid. One other thing I like is that the authors have written a spoiler free hints guide. Which means when you inevitably get stuck you don't have to cheat. In both my instances it was because I simply didn't realise a specific action was possible in the game. "It wasn't lies.
