Since AP uses Unreal Engine 3, I'm sure it wouldn't be quite difficult for Obsidian to bundle UnrealEd in an SDK, similar to what Ion Storm did with Deus Ex. Alpha Protocol Wiki

Those are lame reasons. AFAIK the dialogue can be text based or voice-over based, and if you mean the character animations - what's so 'unique and difficult to replicate' about 'em?

Cl_Flushentityhero Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 I wouldn't hold my breath. UnrealEd is fine, but modders need access to the systems that are unique to AP, including cause and consequence mechanics.
