Also I think they were able to get away with showing a **** because it's DLC and thus not in stores. DLC in general is unrated and thus subject to less stringent conditions to be disseminated to the public.

I do agree that it not being in stores probably does allow them more affordances with the content though. I hope it doesn't get cut and that more parents start to realize that an M rated game, like an R rated movie, may not be suitable for their kids.

GTA Lost and Damned is available only for Xbox360 and only via Xbox live marketplace. I didn't expect MS to allow this but I'm happy that they did. Now all we need is digital distribution to become even more mainstream. Probably won't happen during this generation of consoles but maybe 2014 and beyond.
