To those few of our forum who are dads. And happy fathers day to those of us who still have dads. And if you don't like your dad, well then obviously this doesn't apply to you.

Oh what? That would explain why there wasn't any Fathers Day threads then. I thought America and co celebrated it at the same time we did.

You scared me to death for a sec. The US celebrates it in June.

Denmark celebrates it on June 5 which is also constitution day which leads to fathers being forgotten about.

 

USA is on the third sunday of June.

Hey, I appreciate the sentiment. In fact I'm going to remind my wife that it's father's day in part of the world and hope she'll give some free time to play video games.

It crossed my mind, but I decided to set a realistic goal.

My dad is a skunk. I refuse to celebrate him.

 

 

EDIT: However, I will accept applications to celebrate someone else's dad.

According to my wall calander the 7th was "Grandparents Day". WTF is that? Before we know it Hallmark will have made every day an event.
