Hellbeans Posted June 18, 2008 Posted June 18, 2008 Well, everytime I start this one my bike is too high in the air and I immediately bump into it and it ruins my chances of winning...am I suppoed to use any certain controls to lower my bike or is it bugged?
Jediphile Posted June 18, 2008 Posted June 18, 2008 Are you playing the pc version or the xbox? Not sure if your game is bugged, but I've always found the Onderon swoop race challenging, and I think it's supposed to be. But yes, it does jump pretty high. I don't think I've ever won it using the keys only (I play the pc version), but only when I got around to using my trackball and memorizing the course. Even then it takes practice. Hellbeans Posted June 19, 2008 Author Posted June 19, 2008 where do you get swoop racing on onderon? The Dreaded Iziz Cantina
Hellbeans Posted June 19, 2008 Author Posted June 19, 2008 really i never noticed it who do you talk to Qimtiq...tentacle big fella, can't miss him, it, whatever
Darth Allanon Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 You can always try tricking the game into thinking you've won. During the race get right in front of an object (as close as posible)(at any speed) and press the forfit button (Xbox-White) and (PC-not quite sure yet). You should run into an object and bounce off ending the race and winning it if done correctly. Always knowing the answer doesn't make you smart, but being able to discover the answer does.
Swxpert Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 yes but is it really worth it there isn't a point to racing in the second game, its basically for fun
Jediphile Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 Worth only money and perhaps a few xp (not sure). Not missing out on anything if you skip it, though. There is little or no need for money in TSL, and you can easily get the same xp in other ways, so it's only important if you absolutely must turn every little the stone the game has. I happen to be one those people, though Visit my KotOR blog at Deadly Forums.
ghostrider655 Posted August 20, 2008 Posted August 20, 2008 i found the onderon one the easiest for me... only took me 2 tries to complete course with no crashes 1
LeonSKennedy Posted September 15 Posted September 15 Tip: Use D-pad, don't hit 1-bomb or wall, jump a lot towards the end to be safe, play while standing & barefoot, that's how i did it. Did it via Xbox Series X. And yes i found this to be the easiest of all the swoop tracks. Ironically Telos was impossible for me, despite being the same game, although i might try it again.
