I'm in a Success/Fail-situation - I was hoping for a win for Sweden though I predicted 1-2 to Spain, sooo... in the prediction league it's a good result, but in the heart-way it friggin' hurts.

Good. Then next time don't worry about double checking. Don't worry, I won't rig the scores or anything, I'm not that kind of person.

In another prediction league I'm in, this dutch guy has 20 (from doing both rounds). He's insane. (I only have 9 in that one, too). On the other hand, the Pole keeps predicting victories for the Polish and it's costing him.

 

In fact, I am losing to "Automike", which is an 'automated' bot that guesses the country with the larger population always wins 1-0. Yeah.

The maximum score you can have after two rounds is 48. I'd say anything over 25+ is a really good score. I think maybe one of us, probably Pidesco, could've been on 20 or so after two rounds. I have a feeling I'm going to bomb out on this round. But they say it's a good idea not to change your initial predicted score line and go with your gut instinct, so I'll leave my round 3 predictions as is. Also, I ****ed up the table, adding a point to Diogo's score thinking he was on 5 when he was on 6, so just as well you double checked, Tigranes, but then if you didn't I'm sure someone else would've noticed.

Updating for yesterday *and* today, the table gets a lot more even (except for me), and Diogo retakes the top spot with a correct 1-0 prediction for Germany.

We played with 8 substitutes, a team that has never played together in a match, and yet we trashed much more then what the end result shows.

 

 

And Ivan Klasnić scored the only goal, he only underwent a kidney transplant last year, having suffered kidney failure in January 2007, and he's the only player to have played in the big international competition after such an ordeal and he added a goal to that.

Hey you weren't the only one, I thought it's gonna be a draw, but our substitutes were just great!

Still ~8 hours to go until the game, so I'm going to revise my Group C predictions:

Hardly going to do me any good while I'm last, but eh. I am less and less convinced by France as time goes by.

Yeah I want to change my France-Italy prediction from "0-1" to "1-2", with Italy as the victor. Both defences will concede me thinks.
