September 11, 200619 yr He does, but this is dependent on a couple of things: 1) You can't have too many shields in your inventory, or else he won't make them. 2) Once you turn him into a Jedi, he won't make them anymore.

September 11, 200619 yr I have only got this once ,next game I got rid of all shields before going to the restoration zones. I didn't work so I think it might have something to do with the conversation on meeting him or some other factor. Annoying it is but you don't really need them.
