For those who care (and somehow don't already know) patch 1.67 including new monsters, placeables, and tilesets (though I beleive the tilesets are actually a different download) are available.

The tilesets from Pirates were very nice.

Patch? Patches should not include new things, they are suppose to fix things. Weird.

NWN patches always add new things.

It's a content patch, perhaps. But I think most people understands that without the need to write out the word content every time the patch is mentioned.

Yeha, they're actually calling it the 1.67 update.

This is hopefully how Obs will operate with NWN2. Digital distribution modules in order to support a live team that'll keep bringing in new content.

Well play it before NWN 2 is out. The need to play NWN 2 will be greater after playing NWN.

P.S. Outside of working on my mod (which I will finish!!!) (vapourware anyone? ); I haven't 'played' NWN much myself of late. that's beenr eserved for MVP 2005 and EQ2...

I have intention of buying NWN 2, its only a question of how much I am willing to spend and when it reaches that price.

Just use spoil tags. Not that big of a deal. Besides in most games I figure out its plot within 30 minutes of playing anyway so it doesn't really matter.
