Volourn Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 (edited) "Hype and to string along their PC audience long enough that they break down to buy a a console" If that's their strategy you (and I) are living proof it works!!! Again, so, what is Gaider truly working on then and why is he wasting time talking about DA stuff? HAHAHAHAHHA!! Judge Hades Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 Don't know and don't really care. As far as I am concerned he could be spouting off nonsense. Only place I get any news on Dragon Age is the news sites which has been very spartan of anything of substance.

Judge Hades Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 (edited) Nothing substantial. Substantial material would be screenshots, concept art, gameplay videos, and what not. Forum highlights are not substantial material. Edited April 26, 2006 by Judge Hades
mkreku Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 They're going to show Gothic 3. E3 will be good to me this year. Swedes, go to: Spel2, for the latest game reviews in swedish!
Volourn Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 Lots, actually. From how spells work to the world's religions; lots of stuff have been shared. DWARVES IN PROJECT ETERNITY = VOLOURN HAS PLEDGED $250.

Llyranor Posted April 26, 2006 Author Posted April 26, 2006 Erm, yeah. Actual game content > showcasing of the awesome graphics (Approved by Fio, so feel free to use it)
alanschu Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 Besides, Hades himself admitted he'd rather a company say nothing than say something that might later be recalled. He totally blew up at Obsidian for removing mounts.
Judge Hades Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 Lots, actually. From how spells work to the world's religions; lots of stuff have been shared. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Pics please. Lets see how those spells work in game.
Volourn Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 He blows up at everyone for everything. "Pics please. Lets see how those spells work in game." Graphics don't matter... remember? DWARVES IN PROJECT ETERNITY = VOLOURN HAS PLEDGED $250.
Llyranor Posted April 26, 2006 Author Posted April 26, 2006 It's true. Graphics are all that matter! (Approved by Fio, so feel free to use it)
Dark_Raven Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 I like pretty pictures, lets see them. Hades was the life of the party. RIP You'll be missed.

Graphics don't matter... remember? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No, buit pics of the game and how the spells work are far more sbstantial than just mere words. I could say that I have a red inflated rubber ball in my closet but that doesn't make it true. There is no proof of that and you would have to choose to believe what I type or not. Now if I had pics of a red inflated rubber ball in my closet then the words that I have typed has more substance to them. So far Bioware has only said they have something with little or no proof that they do. Sorry, but I don't believe a word what Bioware says until there is irrefutable proof that backs up what they say.
Llyranor Posted April 26, 2006 Author Posted April 26, 2006 Yeah, we don't have proof that NWN2 actually has a dialogue system, either. I guess we should panic. (Approved by Fio, so feel free to use it)
Judge Hades Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 There is a difference here. Obsidian I trust. Bioware I don't.
Llyranor Posted April 26, 2006 Author Posted April 26, 2006 Good argument! (Approved by Fio, so feel free to use it)
Judge Hades Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 Good or not, it is how I view it and that is good enough for me.
Dark_Raven Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 There is a difference here. Obsidian I trust. Bioware I don't. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I trust both even if they removed horsies from NWN2. GRRRR Hades was the life of the party. RIP You'll be missed.
Judge Hades Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 Yeah, I so wanted to do mounted combat DnD style in NWN 2 but at least they told us months in advance instead of waiting til the game was released.
alanschu Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 Yeah, I so wanted to do mounted combat DnD style in NWN 2 but at least they told us months in advance instead of waiting til the game was released. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's not what you were saying earlier. What was that about how they should never have even mentioned they were going to be in if they weren't going to be able to stick with it? I'm not sure why you trust Obsidian, as you outright called them liars.
Judge Hades Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 I would have prefered them not saying anything about horses but since they did at least they didn't wait til the game was released to give us the news. All developers are liars, Alanschu, but at least Obsidian eventually tells the truth.

Volourn Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 He's on one of his 'I hate BIO' marathons currently. they must have pooed in his cornflakes again.. well.. until they release something and he rushes out to buy it. HAHAHA! DWARVES IN PROJECT ETERNITY = VOLOURN HAS PLEDGED $250.
