It can be ordered off of www.theendrecords.com and www.hellridemusic.com  I am

positive that The End Records ships overseas and I believe that Hellride does as

well.  If you could tell that dude that, or give me his contact info, that would

be cool.

It may not be Metal Blade, but looks like they've got somebody willing to ship their album across the pond.
