That could do it to. I just wouldn't eat anything from them. Like I said, if I eat fast food Wendy's is were I go. Wendy's is far superior to McD's.

You do know we are talking about the quality of food, not the over use of said food, right? Obviously overeating leads to obesity. I don't think anyone here needs to be reminded of that fact.

Yea but some foods balloon us up more than others. And that's because of fat content, and which burger joints uses more fat than others, which relates to quality of the food.

Diet coke makes the people who drink it put on fat (changes the metabolism, I think). Also, aspartame (the artificial sweetener) is a known carcinogen. Better all 'round to have a normal coke, with its thirteen teaspoons of sugar ...!
