February 28, 200619 yr As long as Bethesda stay true to Fallout and have you wandering through a wasteland getting the smack-down from wildlife, I'll be happy. I mean, they managed it with Morrowind, right? master of my domain Pedicabo ego vos et irrumabo.
February 28, 200619 yr I agree with alan too! I'm sure he wouldn't randomly antagonize people just for the sake of it! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Go go irony! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh he's quite right. I don't randomly antagonize people. All of my antagonisms are directly towards who I intend Edited February 28, 200619 yr by alanschu
February 28, 200619 yr I doubt she'd play it even if someone gave it to her and a 20 dollar bill to cover her time. Haha, this made me laugh.. for all the wrong reasons. Yeah. You go, girl. Swedes, go to: Spel2, for the latest game reviews in swedish!
February 28, 200619 yr And your point is? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> See next post after yours. I still haven't seen any evidence that Bethesda has the ability to make a good Fallout 3. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Is that an invisible rabbit, or a blind one ... March 1, 200619 yr Aha. I was confrused. Which sometimes isn't that hard, I know. And shepherds we shall be, for Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, that our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth unto Thee, and teeming with souls shall it ever be, In Nomine Patris, et Fili, et Spiritus Sancti.

March 1, 200619 yr I still haven't seen any evidence that Bethesda has the ability to make a good Fallout 3. Is that an invisible rabbit, or a blind one ... Well you know what causes blindness. 20 years. 20 dollars. The conspiracy thickens. On-topic: Never played FO or FO II so I would just base FO III on what I find of it. And I will start making assumptions on it's fate after the release of Oblivion... Edited March 1, 200619 yr by BattleCookiee
March 1, 200619 yr A little secret: I haven't even played Fallout. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Nothing beats walking into a dangerous wasteland for the first time while wearing nothing but a blue jumpsuit, and only carrying a water canteen and a rusty knife.

March 1, 200619 yr My guess would be Wasteland I took this job because I thought you were just a legend. Just a story. A story to scare little kids. But you're the real deal. The demon who dares to challenge God. So what the hell do you want? Don't seem to me like you're out to make this stinkin' world a better place. Why you gotta kill all my men? Why you gotta kill me? Nothing personal. It's just revenge.
March 1, 200619 yr Which game is that? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Go! Find it and buy it now! Wasteland for the win!
March 1, 200619 yr I've never played it When I first played Fallout, I don't think I was that big into PC gaming at the time. EDIT: Found it on Underdogs. Hopefully it doesn't feel too dated, being a 1989 game. Edited March 1, 200619 yr by alanschu
March 1, 200619 yr Wasteland is a classic. Good classics never seem dated like Fallout. March 1, 200619 yr Sorry. It's just it plays very much like a 1989 game :\ Though I still might give it another go, but the prospect of alt-tabbing between the manual and the game itself just pulled me out of it.
March 1, 200619 yr The Paperless Office forbids such activities. Just buy another monitor. I tried it a while ago, but gave up because it was actually damn hard. Although, I seemed to have had marched straight into some desert or radiative place that kept killing off everyone. March 1, 200619 yr We are all spoiled by technology and it fancy glitter. I find it hard at times to play a simple game like Atari's Space Invaders or Galaxia. March 1, 200619 yr I didn't beat the first screen the first time I played Space Invaders (the last one surprised me: too speedy). :"> Mind you, I was only about eleven years old. Wasteland, eh? ... OBSCVRVM PER OBSCVRIVS ET IGNOTVM PER IGNOTIVS OPVS ARTIFICEM PROBAT
March 1, 200619 yr Actually.. walking out into the desert wasteland with your little group of newbie Desert Rangers, equipped with the bare minimum to survive the hostile environment does. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Wasteland was also very good but I found Fallout had an advantage over it in this particular scenario. Wasteland usually starts off with four characters somewhat decently equipped and placed in a setting that they are familiar with, and with the task of peace keeping. On the other hand when the Vault Dweller leaves the Vault largely unprepared and we're told that that was the first time he ever saw the light of day... It felt more powerful, I guess. I think it nailed down the concept of surviving in a harsh environment better. Of course, Wasteland was a damn good game as well.
