1) You cant take off his armour or his helmet, they are fixed onto him

 

2) If you have played KOTOR 1, he should sound familiar enough, as he is

Canderous Ordo

i thought Ordo sounded famlire and his voice but i didn't know that they would take him and put him in K2

With using the SaveGame Editor you can chnge his appearence model. There is a model "Mandalore_No_Helmet"(or something similar) next to the original model. If you put the new model you will be able to change the armor he is wearing, but he will always look wearing his Mandalore armor.

for the pc version you can downlode a mod that lets you change candorase's armor. I sadly don't have the link but it can be found with some luck

 

go to google.com and image surch KOTOR then try looking at the pages the image links to

 

you might have to try varios nicknames or full name in your search.

 

If you played K1 then Candorase is ovious
