Musopticon? Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 Rangers are pussies. kirottu said: I was raised by polar bears. I had to fight against blood thirsty wolves and rabid penguins to get my food. Those who were too weak to survive were sent to Sweden. It has made me the man I am today. A man who craves furry hentai. So let us go and embrace the rustling smells of unseen worlds
Commissar Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 Rangers are pussies. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Whassat make a pogue like you, then?
Lucius Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 Ye. What are the Finnish special forces called btw? DENMARK! It appears that I have not yet found a sig to replace the one about me not being banned... interesting.
Judge Hades Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 They are the WAALBTTF. We Are At Least Better Than The French :D
11XHooah Posted December 18, 2005 Author Posted December 18, 2005 Congrats, man. Keep your feet together and your head down. Out of curiosity, did you have any ANGLICO boys going through with you? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> As a matter of fact we did have quite a few Marines going through with us. The ones that I got to know were mostly Force Recon who were offered airborne before attending their next school. They were definitely some of the most motivated Soldiers I have ever met, especially one Gunnery Sergeant in particular. That guy was nuts :D War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself. --John Stewart Mill-- "Victory was for those willing to fight and die. Intellectuals could theorize until they sucked their thumbs right off their hands, but in the real world, power still flowed from the barrel of a gun.....you could send in your bleeding-heart do-gooders, you could hold hands and pray and sing hootenanny songs and invoke the great gods CNN and BBC, but the only way to finally open the roads to the big-eyed babies was to show up with more guns." --Black Hawk Down-- MySpace: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fusea...iendid=44500195

And no matter what, at least you ain't walking anymore. That's not a small accomplishment.
Hurlshort Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 Very awesome, good luck! I almost joined the reserves a few months ago, but as a teacher and with my mortgage, it was hard to figure out a way to stay financially positive if I got called up. Not to mention my wife wants to have children soon...but I'm thinking about the National Guard instead.
alanschu Posted December 19, 2005 Posted December 19, 2005 Why would a Gunnery Sergeant in particular be nuts?
Commissar Posted December 19, 2005 Posted December 19, 2005 Why would a Gunnery Sergeant in particular be nuts? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I've often tried to figure that out myself.
Surreptishus Posted December 19, 2005 Posted December 19, 2005 Hey Hooah! Just saw your pic on frappr and i had few questions... What do the colours on the left breast mean? What is the cross underneath for? and finally how did that guy behind you get that awesome black eye?
Commissar Posted December 19, 2005 Posted December 19, 2005 What is the cross underneath for? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Means he needs to hit the range and earn some oak leaves to go on top of it.
