Above are the nominees for G-Phoria's RPG of the year. While Jade Empire and Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne have acquired prestige, I had to vote Sith Lords. Even with all its flaws, I played it so many many hours... and so did my father, for that matter. It deserves a sequel.

That was fun. Kotor 2 is the only game on the page I've played.

 

Having a 'game of the year' category at the end is strange - doesn't that rather preempt the winner in the genre categories?

 

Sara Kestelman should have been there for best voice actress. These people have no taste.

That's not KOTOR2, I think that's SW:G.

If I was to vote I would vote Jade Empire. That is a much better crafted game, both in technical aspects and story, than TSL.

I enjoyed The Sith Lords more, but Jade Empire is the superior game.

Meh. Jade Empire was a little two dimensional IMHO. Kotor 2 was flawed, but at least there was an attempt at something beyond the typical cliche plots and generic characters.

same here, but still i hold a grudge against Lucasarts, TSL is good but it coulda been great, they need to learn that people are gonna get tired if their games are incomplete and will stop buying them knowing already that they have too many holes,like i said before i'd prefer quality over quantity

I would vote KotOR 2: TSL as well but I'm too lazy to register, no matter how short the process. I have the limited edition of Jade Empire but I never played it, had it for like a month or two.

Play it. It's worth atleast one play thru, maybe more if you're into the setting. I had a blast with my one play through and am currently in the process of playing through again.

Ha! I've got you beat! I've played Kotor 2 AND Fable! (Honestly... a lot of these games I'd never even heard of)
