Again, I never once stated that the X360 at E3 was representative of final hardware.  I hope at some point you "care" and look through the 20 or so posts I've made so that you can see that I at no point, said what you're claiming.  Nice try though.

Wasnt exactly what I said now was it. You said that it was more representative than the PS3 demos'.

Happy twisting though, even if it is totally innefective at this point.

What really amusing , to me at least. Is that your attempts at propoganda have made me doubt the 360 is as powerful compared to the PS3 as I first thought. So either your an undercover agent for Sony, or you did a really bad snow job :D

I have to agree with Volourn.  Bioware is pretty much dead now.  Deals like this kills development studios.

When someone has an initial bias that they will not overcome, nothing anyone says will change their minds. Hence your support for the PS3, along with Enders, regardless of the facts that are thrown in your face.

But, to quote you you said "Now you yourself said that the 360's at E3 were representave of the final 360" <-- that's talking about hardware, not software. Perhaps you should review what you've typed before you try to prove me wrong. :-

I dont have any though. Where as you obviously do. Your facts have either been wrong or miss quotes. Hardly something to be proud of.

It's all moot now since Bill said the 360 is only shipping with a standard DVD. The Xbox is going to be an obsolete machine even before it goes on sale.

lol

Show me where my PS3/X360 facts were wrong plz. Blu-Ray aside, because my info was from December, and I linked to the article I was quoting from, I have yet to be wrong.

X360 will be using 9 gig dual layer discs, hardly obsolete, but hey, what do you know. :)

So you admit you got smoked on the blu ray thing now at least :)

Apparently more than you... :p

Still like I said it's moot now I have no further interest in owning a 360. Anyone with common sense should take the same approach and wait until the PS3 is released and then see if MS changes its approach to hardware.

If you want to continue to be an MS fanboy, well be my guest.

Yet you've done nothing to prove your knowledge on the subject of next gen consoles... Hmmm, go you.

Maybe because I dont feel I have anything to prove :D Who knows.

Lets see, nothing to prove vs being wrong... I'll take nothing to prove thanks.

So basically, everything that's said has gone right over your head?

Oh well, bye then.

Hardly, just most has either been irrelevent to why I would buy one.

Where as you tried to come across as some sort of expert and got smoked repeatedly :"> oopsie and all :)

Eh, I don't care. Games that get released on console are just a "BETA" for the PC. Doesn't really matter what system you test it out on. Fable was proof of this. :D

Where's the option for Revolution exclusive? ^_^

No, seriously, I fully expect that the control mechanism that will 'revolutionize gaming' will be as similar to a mouse as the touch pad on the DS is, because of the cryptic statement by PR dude man, "Look to the DS for clues."

Therefore the Revolution will be the ultimate third person over the shoulder party based CRPG platform.

Does that mean people will be role-playing cRPG vicariously, over someone else's shoulder?

Revolution: the Vicarious Shoulder Surfing cRPG Role Playing Game platform of choice ... :p

I'd have a really hard time keeping a straight face reading that.

The 360 has two big strikes against it as far as i'm concerned.

1. The BC is questionable and all this talk of emulation isnt concrete enough.

2. And much more importantly. It's shipping with a DVD which can only hold 9 GB of info. For comparison the intro movie to DoA 4 alone takes up 2 GB thats nearly a 1/4 of the disk. I dont see that being viable in two years let alone five. For another comparison there is already a 100 gig blu ray available.

Even if they were to later upgrade to a HDDVD you couldnt use it for games because it would not be compatible with the previous format.

I'm definately taking a wait till it hits rock bottom price approach on the 360.

The revolution is the one that has me curious :D

I heard Halo 2 was just Halo with better graphics and a crappier ending. As I didn't like Halo, I assume I wouldn't like Halo 2.

You heard wrong. Halo2 is NOTHING like Halo. The only things that are the same are the characters and places. It plays nothing like Halo:CE. It has MASS auto-aim, noobed up weapons, and lame campaign. It's the worst sequal I've ever played in my life.
