Bethesda owns those rights.

As the others said, Bethesda has the rights to Fallout 3. Such as pity, since they only have a fraction of the ability that Obsidian has.

If someone tells me how to open the backpack in fallout 1, it might just complete the game. Then I will beat the second fallout.

I will purchase, play, and complete the 3rd fallout, if its ever made. But if I never unravel the mystary of the backpack, it wont matter if its ever made.

Put the backpack into an item slot like you were going to equip it. Then move items from your inventory into the backpack. When you want to access the backpack, just use the hand icon on it. There you go.
