There should be some way of a possibility to develop a Mod which enables an Echani Dueling shield to shine all the time if that's what you want.

He has been fighting in Spirit and now the exile has joined him. Though teh exile legacy (Atton, Mira, Bao-dor) live on and construct the new jedi order
