Though I can understand the point of this entertainment from a psychosocial perspective, I do not share your fascination for it.

Bah! Two crap teams really. Liverpool who are languishing in 5th in the Premier League are hardly European Champion material. And as for the AC Milan side that was so handsomely trashed 3-1 by PSV in the Semi-Final 2nd leg....well, they frankly don't deserve to be here.

I though they had stopped playing "limey football" after it was declare too wussyish by the federation of pansies

People laugh when I say that I think a jellyfish is one of the most beautiful things in the world. What they don't understand is, I mean a jellyfish with long, blond hair.

I know what suffering is, I've been a Liverpool supporter since 1990. IMO I've rather them concentrate on getting back up the EPL than winning any international tournaments. I've much rather have them champions in their own country.

Milan is easily the better side. Liverpool have a remarkable motivation when playing in Europe this season though (compared to their PL matches), so it could be close.

I'm gonna say Milan takes it, 2-1.

I'm also a bigger fan of English PL football than Italian Serie A and Spanish PD, but in CL I tend to favour the latter two nations. Go figure. And of course, I don't particularly like Liverpool.

EDIT: Oh and that ball was never in against Chelsea. Wrong decisions are part of football, but it just annoys me when they decide matches. And tournaments. But then, Chelsea scored a goal against Barca, where one of their players was holding back the goalkeeper, obvious foul. Also proved decisive. So still Milan for me.

EDIT2: Before I get yelled at, it occurs to me that the Liverpool goal incident maybe wasn't so decisive, as people claim there was a penalty situation immidiately before. I just missed the goal though, and only saw repeats of the goal, not the penalty situation.

well, i don't know if the ball crossed the goal line, but i don't think liverpool should have been awarded a penalty anyhow. baros came flying in with the studs on his boots directed at cech's head.

...and i'm not biased. i'm an arsenal fan and i hate both chelsea and liverpool. :D

russian mafia bastards! bought the title. the title which should have been ours! :)

How? They bought some great palyers...sacked a junkie...played some great football from time to time :D

I'm a Man U fan tho I view Chelsea's succes as they're own achievment 8)

chelsea's victory has nothing to do with capitalism. abramovich "stole" money from russia and is now spending it on a football club. according to reports(the independent and others) he has spent more than
