As the name says, it makes hk-47 a pacifist, which is quite hilarious

Does this affect the influence-system? Or is he still impressed by murder and kill?

Are his dialouges changing in any kind of way?

Can someone give me more details?

No it changes his dialogue but his demeanor stays the same.

Can it be installed once he is active?

Yes.

Any hints on where to find it? I kept an eye out my second time through, but never did see it.
