Bastilla_Skywalker Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 The voice of Bastilla! do you think Jennifer Hale might have a return in kotor 2 TSL...she was brilliant in her voice acting in kotor 1! Press Teh Button
starwarskid15_19 Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 i hope so but only for a bastilla cameo i dont want her voice used on anyone else in the game the force is what gives a jedi his power. its an energy field created by all living things. it surrounds us and penetrates us. it binds the galaxy together
Meshugger Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 I think that there's a possibility, since she was actually pretty hard to kill in KotOR. "Some men see things as they are and say why?""I dream things that never were and say why not?"- George Bernard Shaw"Hope in reality is the worst of all evils because it prolongs the torments of man."- Friedrich Nietzsche "The amount of energy necessary to refute bull**** is an order of magnitude bigger than to produce it." - Some guy
Ludozee Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 I'd say she retrurns as, be it as bastilla, or an other character, 'cause she's a very good voice actress. Not until yesterday I realized she was the voice of the female Jaden in JK: JA and Mazzy Fenton (I love her!) in BG2: SoA (w00t)
Laozi Posted November 5, 2004 Posted November 5, 2004 Don't know don't care, there's no shortage of competent voice actors People laugh when I say that I think a jellyfish is one of the most beautiful things in the world. What they don't understand is, I mean a jellyfish with long, blond hair.
GhostofAnakin Posted November 5, 2004 Posted November 5, 2004 Don't know don't care, there's no shortage of competent voice actors <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I disagree. I think Jennifer Hale's voice is associated with the Bastila character now. It'd be like someone else doing Darth Vader's voice other than James Earl Jones. "Console exclusive is such a harsh word." - Darque"Console exclusive is two words Darque." - Nartwak (in response to Darque's observation)
Laozi Posted November 5, 2004 Posted November 5, 2004 I think that James Earl Jones's voice is alot more distinguishable People laugh when I say that I think a jellyfish is one of the most beautiful things in the world. What they don't understand is, I mean a jellyfish with long, blond hair.
Parph Dioak Posted November 5, 2004 Posted November 5, 2004 I think she will return to do the voice if Bastillia is in the game.
GhostofAnakin Posted November 5, 2004 Posted November 5, 2004 I think that James Earl Jones's voice is alot more distinguishable <{POST_SNAPBACK}> True, but Jennifer Hale's voice is still very recognizable as Bastila to most people who have played the game. "Console exclusive is such a harsh word." - Darque"Console exclusive is two words Darque." - Nartwak (in response to Darque's observation)
Icon Posted November 5, 2004 Posted November 5, 2004 Actually, she's so versatile it would probably be difficult to tell its her if she didn't want you to. She's played Fall From Grace/Planescape, Dynaheir/BG1, the Black Cat/Spider-Man, and quite a few others. As long as she didn't use the Bastilla voice I'd like to see her make a return.
jaguars4ever Posted November 5, 2004 Posted November 5, 2004 Jennifer Hale did a top draw job with Bastilla...but that's not even her best work! (w00t) Fall-from-Grace and Deionnara can not be topped! On a side note, Jenny Hale also voiced Jun'ko Jane (aka Juni) from Freelancer. (w00t)
Sorall Loskannen Posted November 5, 2004 Posted November 5, 2004 She also did voice work in Force Commander (No, Force Commander is not a bad word), and so did Raphael Sbarge (Carth). They are constantly being reused for Star Wars games as far as I can tell.
