October 20, 200421 yr i really dont want them to give us 5 party members on every planet isuggest that they give up 3 or so on the first plant, and one on the each other planets
October 20, 200421 yr Depends on the length of the game. If it's going to be relatively short (such as KOTOR was), then the sooner you get your NPCs, the sooner you'll be able to talk to them and get their sidequests. With a shorter game, if you don't meet up with a bunch of your NPCs until the second last or last planet, then there isn't much time to develop a "relationship" with them and trigger their sidequests before the main quest is near completion. "Console exclusive is such a harsh word." - Darque"Console exclusive is two words Darque." - Nartwak (in response to Darque's observation)
October 20, 200421 yr they gave six on the first planet in kotor. so why not five on the first planet in this one?

November 18, 200421 yr they gave six on the first planet in kotor. so why not five on the first planet in this one? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Six on the first planet?? What? Thought it was 5. Canderous, Bastila, Carth, Mission and Big-Z.. I missed anyone? Oh.. ya T.. Forgott him! Well now I have 6 :D
November 18, 200421 yr Well I've heard that the first planet is supposed to be a great deal longer then Taris, I would think this means atleast 6 People laugh when I say that I think a jellyfish is one of the most beautiful things in the world. What they don't understand is, I mean a jellyfish with long, blond hair.
November 19, 200421 yr 5 party members will be sufficient enough for me...though getting a new party member on Korriban would be nice
November 20, 200421 yr 5 party members will be sufficient enough for me...though getting a new party member on Korriban would be nice <{POST_SNAPBACK}> IF there at any point is going to be that many we need better walk script than there were in Kotor1 since it at times was quite fusterating and annoying, i hate to think how it would be with +3members more.
November 20, 200421 yr the ign 6 hour in preview tells you how many party members ypou have after the first planet (or how many he has). I think it was 3 or 4
November 20, 200421 yr but depending on your alignment you can only have 10. Meaning? 4 characters will only join you if your alignment is the same, possible more. I say more, because it is possible that there are more and that you encounter them early enough that you alignament won't be far enough along to detract them.....maybe People laugh when I say that I think a jellyfish is one of the most beautiful things in the world. What they don't understand is, I mean a jellyfish with long, blond hair.

I can remember how annoying scripts were at times in Kotor1 i certainly hope this is updated if up to 10members are max....
November 21, 200421 yr This is about your whole crew, not about the numbers of npcs you can have with you on a mission... You can have one more npc in your party than in the first game, but you still walk around in groups of three.
