Product of the Cosmos Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 No, you can't evolve into a magical creature. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Magic is something not understood at the current time by an onlooker  funny how if you represent a theory like this, many people react in doubt fear and anger. Says something in itself
Sarjahurmaaja. Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 "funny how if you represent a theory like this, many people react in doubt fear and anger." What can I say? We don't like seeing crap float in our genepool. 9/30 -- NEVER FORGET!
deganawida Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 lots of crap that has no supporting facts but purports to know the "truth about the universe" <{POST_SNAPBACK}> All right, do you have any kind of proof to back up anything that you're spouting, PotC? Whitemithrandir's proof is available in any college-level biology text, and has a substantial body of research behind it. What do you have to bring to this? And no worming out by claiming that I'm close-minded and too "old man" to be able to understand; in debates, one side presents their arguments and evidence, and then the other side does the same.
Product of the Cosmos Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 We are a very young species in terms of whats possible. We are just begining to dilve into Science(at least on the record anyway). It's elementary logic that we know next to nothing about the entirety of Science(we do discover new things every day). Does this really have to be debated? And seriously, the box says its a quote, thats pretty rude, since I didnt say that. Have some respect. You dont have to respect my point of view.. But at least don't misquote me ****. ""funny how if you represent a theory like this, many people react in doubt fear and anger." What can I say? We don't like seeing crap float in our genepool." LOL. The commonly accepted 'sane' human adapts himself to the world, but the uncommon often thought 'insane' human tries to adapt the world to them -- therefore a LOT of if not all progress depends on the uncommon often thought insane human in fields that are unknown. I guess many of the most accomplished and genius scientists of our history are 'crap in your genepool'. Well the feeling is mutual back at ya man. A closed mind is only good for controling. And since I do not wish to control, it isn't any good for me!
Sarjahurmaaja. Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 "I guess many of the most accomlished and genius scientists are 'crap in your genepool'." Not really, because they kinda like, you know, had something to back up their wild gonzo theories! 9/30 -- NEVER FORGET!

Not really, because they kinda like, you know, had something to back up their wild gonzo theories!" There also is quite enough evidence IMO of aura and energy was well. A unification force. The herds never fail to resist open mindedness. Really is amazing to witness, time and time agian.
Sarjahurmaaja. Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 lolz Well, why don't you present that evidence then? 9/30 -- NEVER FORGET!
Product of the Cosmos Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 Some of it is not a 3 dimensional thing you can materialize for those blind to it for one. Secondly I am not an encylopedia of all the things I have found. And I also could not present some things in the correct form for most efficient presentation of this theory. If people have the will, there is a way. This statement holds so true to those who have open minds and wish to know. Plus there is not enough evidence for people with a large amount of ignorance(like a majority of this thread). So it wouldn't really be worth my time ATM.
Sarjahurmaaja. Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 Riiiiiight... 9/30 -- NEVER FORGET!
Product of the Cosmos Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 lol. Whatever you say slick Who is the one at fault? One who says something is possible, or one who says it's not, when obviously we don't know all t he variables? Pretty simple.
Sarjahurmaaja. Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 The one who makes the worse case for himself? 9/30 -- NEVER FORGET!
Product of the Cosmos Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 You must descern what the arguement is. One says its not possible. Another says its possible. The main difference here is someone says something is set in stone, and the other says we don't know all the variables to make a clear judgement. Although I guess I am insulting my own intelligence by debating with people who have the awareness of a 4 year old....
deganawida Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 And still you have presented no evidence to prove your point. Still you persist in calling those who question your statements "blind" and "herds". Still you have proven nothing.
Product of the Cosmos Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 And still you have presented no evidence to prove your point. Still you persist in calling those who question your statements "blind" and "herds". Still you have proven nothing. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My arguement needs no proving. If you think we have hit the high water mark of all knowing Science. I guess I can't argue with that type of ignorance. Otherwise take a step back and think about what this debate is. The only one saying something needing to be proven is the one who says something is definitive. "Still you persist in calling those who question your statements "blind" and "herds"." Question, no. Failing to look at the situation with an open mind claiming an illogical judgement is set in stone, yes. Big difference.
Sarjahurmaaja. Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 "One says its not possible Another says its possible.." Actually, you're forgetting the part where the naysayer backs up his claim. You got the other one right, though. Better luck next time, buddy. "Although I guess I am insulting my own intelligence by debating with people who have the awareness of a 4 year old...." Ha. Ha. Ha. 9/30 -- NEVER FORGET!
deganawida Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 No, you don't get out of it that easily. Here, I'll make it simple for you: Either post some legitimate evidence that backs up your assertions, or quit telling everyone who disagrees with you that they are ignorant and "have the awareness of a 4 year-old".
Product of the Cosmos Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 "Either post some legitimate evidence that backs up your assertions, or quit telling everyone who disagrees with you that they are ignorant and "have the awareness of a 4 year-old"." I have numerous times. Are you dyslexic or something? Do you even know what I am 'asserting'? "Actually, you're forgetting the part where the naysayer backs up his claim. You got the other one right, though. Better luck next time, buddy." If you think we know everything there is to know about this your arguement stands. Going on the easily seen fact that we know next to nothing compared to what there is to know, going on what we know isn't exactly a smart thing to do when making a final judgement on this issue.
Sarjahurmaaja. Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 "If you think we know everything there is to know about this your arguement stands." Dude, no one here has argued that. Instead, it has been argued that the "46 + 2" theory is crap, and you're full of it. Both claims have been backed up quite well. 9/30 -- NEVER FORGET!
deganawida Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 Do not insult me again, PotC. If you cannot provide any evidence to counter mithie's argument, then bow out.
Product of the Cosmos Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 "If you think we know everything there is to know about this your arguement stands." Dude, no one here has argued that. Instead, it's been argued that the "46 + 2" theory is crap, and you're full of it. Both claims have been backed up quite well. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The whole point is, we do not have enough knowledge in this issue to descern 'crap' from 'possible' accurately. So, unless you think we know everything there is to know about this subject. Just about anything still remains possible.
Diogo Ribeiro Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 If we all hold our hands together, form a 23-pointed geometric shape, and sing Cumbaya backwards, we can become Vorpal Bunnies! No proof, just add water and stir!
Product of the Cosmos Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 "Do not insult me again, PotC." respect is a mutual thing. What do you expect? I will most likely do it agian if you seem lacking in the pertaining area. SInce you cannot control me, controling yourself is the most viable option. Simply do not let my comments insult you. And it was an honest question ... You seemed to think you had read my posts, but you had not really understood them. Sorry if I actually insulted you.. You put words I did not say in a qoute box saying it was by me. I think thats worse then any petty insult.
Phosphor Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 I think this thread needs to be put out of it's misery.
