Do INT Inspirations increase their own duration?

Simple question, but I can't find an answer for it--and I'm unable to test it at the moment for a handful of reasons. So, does the +5 INT from an inspiration contribute to the duration of the ability that provides the buff?

For example, say I have a Fighter with 10 INT. When he uses Tactical Barrage, he gains +5 INT from Acute. Does the ability last for the base 15sec, or for 18.75sec, reflecting his temporarily boosted 15 INT?

It will last 15s.

And if Fighter will use Tactical Barrage again, the new one will last 18.75s
