Boneless pizza
bee mounts would be the best bug for air mount, and an ant could be used to carry grass planks and weed stems.
PliantWalkJojo
Numerous people have posted about riding bees and ants and ladybugs. The ideas are cool, but at first glance seems daunting from a balancing perspective: Why would you need to construct towers and ziplines if you can just fly on a bee? What mob warrants you to charge onward as a ladybug cavalier? Maybe similar to pets, these mounts would require a high maintenance fee (ex. nectar for bee fuel, establish short-lived chemical trail for ants to do work for you) so that you're discouraged to use them routinely, but encouraged to use them for extreme situations (going to the top of the oak tree, big construction going on...). ScritchOwl
Well the deal for ants would be pulling a wagon/sled. They wouldn't be faster but would carry more. The balancing perspective would be them being targeted by spiders or any new mob, no water transversal. As far as bees go. Simple add in finches or dragonflies. airborne predators do target them. Also bees like the ants serve a hive. They would have a decay timer for when they need to return home. Ladybugs as a mount would be interesting as they do not give, they are solitary but do accept others around them. This would be a good mob for flight as you can reduce flight time because of increased rate and they would have to recharge. Or convert the now less useful lure to waystations that would allow a ladybug fast travel If you see light at the end of the tunnel get out of the road!
