Notes :

1 Blood Mage can't get Empower Talents

2 : Cipher gets Iron Will at Tier 1, which is a better version of Bull's Will

3 : Priest of Rymrgand has access to Secrets of Rime instead of Scion of Flame

4 : Monk has no monastic unarmed training, but gets Transcendant Suffering for free. Monk has no fast runner but gets long strike and Graceful Retreat at Tier 2 instead.

5 : Lifegivers do get Quick Summoning.

Lifegivers can actually pick this ability. It is not removed from the Druid table.

Great... Does it have any use ? Does it work with Monk twins ?

Well, not for a SC Lifegiver but you can use it on other summons if you multi with Wizard, Chanter etc.

I haven't tested with The Dichotomous Soul specifically but it should indeed work:

Quick Summoning does this: Self: +15% Action Speed with Summoned Creature Spells

And The Dichotomous Soul is tagged with Summoned Creature. So it should get the bonus.

But is not a spell 🙂

Wizard and Chanter get the talent. So apart picking it on a level with Mandatory druid pick, it doesn't matter much.

Tricks with the above table :

- Picking Iron Will and Bull's Will with a Cipher multiclass

- Picking Long Stride and Fast Runner with some Monk multiclass

- Picking Practiced healer with your Ranger with Chanter multiclass (does not get the talent). Who is gonna pick Practiced Healer with a Ranger ?

etc...

Yes I actually built a toon to test: neither Quick Summoning nor Rapid Casting work with Dichotomous Souls. I stand corrected.

It's like law, every word matters.

Except somtimes words are also buggy.

It never really made sense to me why Uncanny Luck is missing from just druid and priest. Especially druid, who is expected to do some offensive action or martial-ing. Priest I can sort of get if the designers thought priest would just be casting buffs all the time, but Uncanny Luck has almost universal (small) utility just from the hard resist chance.
