Crafted using the proboscis of a mosquito. Mosquito Arrows cause bleeding damage over time until it is removed. Creates drops of blood that can be slurped. Drinking enough drops of blood gives the Feral mutation and appropriate perks.

I like the DoT idea, but not the blood drinking idea.  i'd rather not drink the goo that some insects have for blood.

Grub goo is good for smoothies and an important part of a balanced diet. 

I don't think you could ask a western world child to drink blood or goop. 

 

I like the mosquito arrow idea though, they could also use bee stingers for that. Might be more sturdy.

I think mosquito arrows could be used as a next tier basic arrow. Thus meaning, you could use them to make explosive or stun or flaming arrows.

should it only be sucking bug goop ??? can it suck other stuff like stink big gas ... or spider venom ... or bombardier acid ???

the mosquito arrow wouldn't suck anything, the mosquito isn't attached to it.  It's a hollow arrow, like a syringe needle without the syringe, so when it hits a bug it leaves the hole open so it will 'bleed' rather than plugging the hole like a normal arrow's shaft.

I like @YaBoyJenkins idea, put venom or acid in the shaft with a sliding plug, so it doesn't come out the back, and when it hits the plug becomes a plunger and injects that into the bug.
