BURG.L Chip Bug?

Found a couple of the new chips for Burgl. It seems they only unlock the new Status effects? I thought they'd unlock more building content, but I have nothing new to purchase with all my R.S.

Could this be a bug?

I found a few and completed the Cold Blood quest.  When I handed both chips in, I got the Unlocked message but did not notice anything new.  No new items to buy with Raw Science Points or anything noticeable

The meat shield and breathing lungs thing are already unlocked even if you didn't find the chips

Negative, I didn't get anything either. So no unlocked meat shield and breathing lungs as you claim.

I also turned in my new Burg.l chips and got nothing. No new perks in the store or on my person.
