Yeah I have figured it out after creating another test character with fully explored world map from Berath's blessing. Now I can easily pinpoint Deck of Many Things 27/5.

Now I consider another route. I can start Maje > Sandswept Ruins > Deadlight > Dunnage or just sail straight to Neketaka from Port Maje and met Thaenic right before the port of the city. Then I could buy slippers and do Arkemyr's Mansion for Cabalist's Gamebson and abuse the trick to literally loot & steal everything in the city, do all quests without loosing presious time in stealth mode in old city and hanging sepluchers.

Then go to Hasongo and have more time to do what must be done for Scordeo's Edge and Current's Rush before even confronting lava dragon. I guess it's all will be try and error. I want to test something new. I could just copy one of most popular runs with skaen/bm.

I just tested that I can go from Port Maje straight to Neketaka and met Thaenic on the way, buy slippers. Just did some stuff in Queen's Berth and Periki - including Arkemyr's Manor. Still 21 days for Neketaka/Hasongo.

I can use barrels to trigger invisibility and then prolongue it with Cabalist's Gambeson I already have with proper enchantment. Now I can easily do any quest in Neketaka, robe and steal anything, explore entire old city and hanging sepulchers without stealth mode. I will do the quest with Rymrgand as the last. Then I should buy voyager and some helpful stuff for sailing speed, go to Hasongo and later catch Thaenic one more time to buy  Magran's Chosen Belt, jester cap, another pair of boots for dex immunity. I don't remember how much money can be gathered in Neketaka alone, but should be enough for the ship and some of its upgrades.

Due to less time for gaming I switched to the most popular priest of Skaen/bloodmage.

I finished Motare o Kozi with nearly 15 level (14 lvl and 3/4 of exp bar is full). I already have Shroud of the Phantasm and I cleared entire Deck of Many Things. I still have 35 days buffor (17 Deep Spring) to kill Jadaferlas in Ashen Maw.

I didn't have luck with ingredients for captain's banquet so now I'm testing different routes with another save. I can go to Tikiwara, do the qests with lagufaeths and koiki fruit, return to Neketaka and then go to Sayuka, Crookspur and back to Dunnage - it should give me enough exp for level 16. Also I can take different route and sail west from Motare o Kozi to Sayuka, Crookspur, Dunnage and later probably go north to Junvik village to save the kid and gain enough exp for 16 lvl.

I think I know how to reproduce @Raven Darkholme trick with Shadow Form from switching Slippers of the Assassin with other boots. It seems that if you had prolonged enough Shadow Form and rest to change this effect to passive, then you can switch Slippers of the Assassin with any other boots by double clicking in inventory. Then you can fight etc. and after the combat you can just double click Slippers of the Assassin to put it on and activate Shadow Form without killing anything and once again prolong it with Cabalist's Gambeson/Strand of Favor. As long as you won't break invisibility while wearing Assassin's Sleepers, you should be able to get Shadow Form back. I tested it with Shroud of the Phantasm by casting Wall of Flame. While wearing Slippers I couldn't deal damage to myself, so I switched to diffferent boots, activates Brilliant and switched back and get Shadow Form again.

I hit level 16 on my route back from Tikiwara to Neketaka. While I left the ship and entered the city two text scenes were triggered at once - first appearing of Fonferus and conversation with gods (the one after Hasongo) simultaneously. Screen turned black. I couldn't do anything besides mashing "1" in hope that it will end conversation with gods and load the city. But it didn't help. Screen reamined black. I couldn't save game because entire screen was black with only name of the game. I couldn't find buttons to save and quit.

So my question is - has my run failed due to game breaking bug or can I continue just by loading existing save? @SChin

I recall that @Raven Darkholme mentioned that Josh Sawyer watched one of his stream and said that "bugs are on us". I could repeat every step for another 5 hours until next week, but it's tedious. Any advice?
