Wizard1200
Preparing an attack or spell should be an action that can take more than one turn and executing a prepared attack or spell should be a separate action that happens instantly: A player would prepare an attack or spell first and select the target as soon as the preparation is finished. This would remove the need of retargeting an attack or spell.
Wormerine
That would be more intuitive, yes: essencially target the spell when it is it's time to go off. It was even suggested by some in real-time combat. However, as it is now you can even hit enemies who move out of range :-D.
SChin
Hey Wizard! Thank you for the feedback on Preparing actions and executing them. I put this into a report for the team to go over with other similar feedback to consider. If you think of anything else you want to add to this, please continue to do so on this thread as I have linked this thread to the report to be used as a reference for the team. Thanks again for the help!
Eelectrica
+1 for being able to target the spell when it's actually being cast.
