December 13, 20187 yr Yo! I was starting a new game, and I'd heard about Magran's challenges. I tried to find them. Couldn't. Berath's blessings were all there, though. I thought something was bugged. So, I went on the net to see what's going on. Then I found out where to find the Magran settings. And now I must seriously ask: WTF?! Has there been any justification as to why it's done like that? If you entered the game without any meta-knowledge, you'd need sheer luck to find the settings. This seems stupid.
December 13, 20187 yr Thx for the heads (see what I did there?) up! I have never used them before. *** "The words of someone who feels ever more the ent among saplings when playing CRPGs" ***
December 13, 20187 yr Author I may be putting it in slightly strong terms, but I've been playing computer games since 1981 (when I started on a ZX 81), and this is one of the stupidest things I've seen in a major release. I mean, why would a game developer intentionally hide an entire group of settings?
December 13, 20187 yr I just watched Ready Player One - because of easter eggs ... “How do you 'accidentally' kill a nobleman in his own mansion?" "With a knife in the chest. Or, rather, a pair of knives in the chest...” The Final Empire, Mistborn Trilogy
