December 13, 20187 yr Hello! A simple, quick question: is there some kind of dialogue-heavy deceptive or diplomatic way to resolve slavers dilemma or am I supposed to enter their fort pistols blazing and kill everyone without subtlety? Edited December 13, 20187 yr by Pus-in-Boots

December 13, 20187 yr Author You can enter the fort under the cover of being a slave purchaser. But they'll probably all turn hostile the moment I free the slaves?
December 13, 20187 yr Yes the store staff does tend to get upset when they catch you stealing the merchandise.
December 13, 20187 yr Author Another question: how can I gain access to the rest of the island? When I sail to Crookspur I don't get the option to go on foot further onto the island and it automatically loads the fort's location.
December 13, 20187 yr There's an exit in the caverns under the fort that leads to the rest of the island.
December 13, 20187 yr Look for that exit where you encounter the spiders, it is at the top of the screen.
December 29, 20187 yr I heared that there will be no major repercussions for me if I just don't resolve the dispute either way and leave these factions quests unfinished at that point, right? That seems to be the most favorable solution to me atm, since I generally lean towards Furrante, but don't want to destroy the Wahiki tribe, especially after I learned their "hidden purpose".
December 29, 20187 yr Furrante will roll his eyes, but it won't break his questline if you slaughter the slavers, burn their corpses, and take a **** down every one of their necks. HMIC for: [ The Wasteland Wiki ] [ Pillars of Eternity Wiki ] [ Tyranny Wiki ]
December 29, 20187 yr Okay, but Onekaza won't immediatly declare war on me if I fail her quest either, so there's that... I think I want to stay out of this as best as I can, granted none of you will tell me that that'd mean both factions would be destroyed as a consequence or something like that, or that I would miss out something terribly important because of not completing any of those quests.
December 29, 20187 yr You miss The Willbreaker, Shining Bulwark, Blackblade's Hood (Aeldys) or Fleetbreaker (Furrante). I suppose you could stealth steal the first two. The rewards on the other hand . . .
December 30, 20187 yr You will become rich if you slaughter the slavers. Their gear should net you around 80 - 100k iirc.
