This is a well documented truth about the way the industry has been structured - and it only gets exacerbated with Obsidian being in California and other factors.

Honest, what is with all the California comments?  I mean if you said the US I would get it, but serious I wish people would be critical of the really horrible things of CA ... like McDonald's or Taco Bell ... Or building cities in the middle of the desert and sucking water from the Colorado river ... I mean honest ;)

If Obsidian games will stop making games for Linux and selling it via Steam or GoG they will also stop seeing a Blue Orlan.

Well, maybe that means I will be doing healthier things in my free time.

Always look on the bright side! ;)

Trolly-troll got his intervention after all :)

Maybe he's the CEO of Microsoft?

Is this just a rumor??? MS is the touch of death: everything they buy is either on its last legs or gets killed off through bad management.

For general Obsidian topics (like this rumor) please see the above thread in the correct forum.  Since there is nothing in this thread that speaks specifically to Pillars of Eternity: Deadfire, it is locked in favor of the existing thread.

I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Yet I must - but I cannot! ~ Ro-Man
