I've checked that Ishiza's AI is set to aggressive, Maia's also set to aggressive and her full AI is turned on, yet Ishiza won't attack anyone unless I select him and tell him to attack. Once that opponent is down, he just sits there with ". . ." icon next to him.

I believe the AI of NPC ranger companions defaults to 'Do Nothing' right now. Hopefully that get fixed, but for now, have you checked to see he's switched to Auto-Attack/Full?

I have the same issues with Ishiza, he doesnt attack unless i manually click on each enemy. It doesnt seem to matter what AI setting i use for him(Agressive, Defensive etc.).
