That is finally some good level combat design by Obsidian with those lolFire Archers.

Doesn't help that I am lvl 14 party and playing on Deadly Deadfire mode. I'll clear it but I have to be really slow and methodical about it so no leroy jenkins action.

Sunken City area was easiest of those three areas, The Queries were all right and Burning Bridge is hell.

It's also just a really cool map. Walking across an exploding bridge frozen in time at various points of devastation was as fun to look at as it was to play.

I thought it was a brilliant level and I commend Obs for doing something different. We hear about the damn war so much it's nice to actually see it.

I struggled a lot in that level (I play a non min maxed party focusing more on RP). At first I lowered the difficulty to Veteran, but then I was displeased with myself for doing that, so I reloaded, and changed my setup for more raw damage. It helped a lot.

I realize that ennemies on PotD in the DLC have veeeeery high armor.

I managed to clear it on Veteran but those fire archers, yikes. Simply amazing level design. It's really cool to see after hearing so much about the Godhammer and Waidwen in POE1. I was half expecting a cameo from a certain priest we all know...
