Hi! I have 1.2.2.0031 build

 

Aloth travels with me from the very beginning, I spoke to him just after leaving Port Maje (afair, first successful talk with him was on the ship just after acquiring Serafen)

 

I've already gathered all the companions, just started Act 2

But still there is no any Aloth quest in journal nor any new dialog branches

 

Am I missing something? Or his quest is yet to be triggered?

I think you need a +1 or +2 rep with him - do you have that?

 

I forget what, but events in game can make it trigger too. I think if you go to the Wahaki island he'll bring it up.

It will trigger after you visit Hasongo (or Ashen Maw, if you skip Hasongo).

Working as intended. There is no such thing as "+2 conversation" with Aloth, because devs didn't even bother coding it in, knowing it's impossible to achieve max positive influence with Mr Rolleyes McSigh.
