Is it just me or is the corpse-eater subclass awful?

I suppose it’s purely for RP, there are people who play normal or even story , and by then it doesn’t matter.

Bloodmage never makes sense to me either, but in a RP sense if you do CorpseEater/Bloodmage with a female character you basically just created Elizabeth Bathory, Aka female Dracula.

Why does Bloodmage make no sense? Mechanically it's the most potent Wizard subclass.

It is my next planned character indeed. Granted that I play with my Balance Polishing Mod which nerfs Bloodmage and buffs Corpse Eater.

Or try a Corpse Eater/Shifter for a werewolf character.
