I have not really, ever, used the console anything, because i know that when i do it will cut off serious gametime for me because ill just take "the lazy route" :p. However, with 340hours pumped into this game now i wanna just sit back and test all the ideas ive thought of and its just simply too many for me to Start a new game-lvl up-gather all the gear and THEN see the build in action. I feel like i have a good grasp now on what gear is accesible quite early and wich is not etc etc. I know most handy commands BUT i cannot for the life of me find out how to add all gear into my stash and i cant even get the command to add a specific item to work. Please help me out here =) I need console commands for gear and treat me like a child when u explain please ;)

Whatever you need the console for, you can get it easier and quicker with the Unity Console mod (and it doesn't disable achievements to boot.) ;)

To add ALL gear would be useful.

I dunno how to do that so I use wiki for example: https://pillarsofeternity.gamepedia.com/Lance_of_the_Midwood_Stag for "Pike_U_Lance_Of_The_Midwood_Stag".  Using TAB cycles through available commands so I imagine using the command to add items then typing pike then TAB should cycle through all pikes.

"debugItems" (or simply "debug[TAB]") gives you one of each item in the game. Best used in the beta 1.2 since they added search functionality :)
