Dave Mathews Band and their people should be sued not only by the State but by the people in that tour boat as well. man, How stupid do you have to be to do something like that.

So I hear Matthews Band has stopped throwing crap at consumers and is now throwing crap at passing tourists?

it's still being investigated. if they did it, i agree that they should have to pay the tourists, the owner of the boat, and the city... and humanity for the release of everyday.
