Three different terms has been translated with one meaning in my language , the issue is that those terms are totally different and belong to different branches of the game mechanics

Wound/s,Injury/Injuries, Hurt, Wounded

translated to

Ferita/Ferite,Ferito/Ferite, Ferito,Ferito (maybe buy a synonymous dictionary is a better idea then translate)

Imagine the confusion about Death and Monk

so play or understand how to play a Monk is pretty impossible with this localization

I suggest to apply these changes

Wound/s --> Ferita/Ferite

Injury/Injuries --> Menomazione/Menomazioni

Hurt --> Danneggiato/i or Lesionato/i

Similar issue with Knocked Out/Knocked Down/Knockdown/Prone

Knocked Out to Atterrato is wrong (Atterrato in italian doesn't implicate that the character is unconscious

and could create confusion with the Knockdown/Prone mechanics ) and

also Prone (right translated to Prono) sometime is translated to Atterrato

and Knockdown sometimes is translated to Prono

so is better remove also

Knocked Out --x Atterrato

Prone --x Atterrato

Knockdown --x Prono

and stay with those

Knocked Out --> better K.O. than Svenuto or Privo di sensi

KnockDown (Fighter's ability)--> Atterramento

KnockDown (simple present) --> Atterra

KnockDown (past participle) (Status)--> Atterrato/i

To Knock Down --> Atterrare

Prone --> Prono/i

about Monk/Wounds mechanics the last minor issue is

Woundstrait  that atm isn't translated

i suggest

Woundstrait --> Tolleranza alle Ferite

Another great issue in afflictions.stringtable

      <DefaultText>Resolve</DefaultText>
      <FemaleText />

      <DefaultText>Dexterity</DefaultText>
      <FemaleText />

translated to

      <DefaultText>Spaventato</DefaultText>
      <FemaleText>Spaventata</FemaleText>

      <DefaultText>Azzoppato</DefaultText>
      <FemaleText>Azzoppata</FemaleText>

That is totally wrong cuz Spaventato is Frightned and Azzoppato is Hobbled

intead should be

      <DefaultText>Risoluzione</DefaultText>
      <FemaleText />

      <DefaultText>Destrezza</DefaultText>
      <FemaleText />
