Can't enchant Xoti's sickle

So as you can see on the picture, I have all the necessary materials for "Urgent Harvest" enchant, but it's still unavailable. Does it have some other condition or why can't I enchant it?

I tihnk you have to complete her quest before you can enchant her items. If i remember correct.

IIRC all of the "scales with religion" enchants on her sickle and lantern are related to her personal quest.

Yup, Lantern you get one set of enchants for being 'light', another for being 'dark'.  Base enchant (quality) should be accessible whenever.

Actually you need to do the "Finality" enchant first, it's a pre-requisite. Eder's armor has some quirks like this too. I think the quest thing is just for the lantern.

Just roll a priest from scratch in in a tavern. Xoti is annoying and useless.

 

That stupid lantern. lol.
